Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment Details
We are extremely excited to have you as a new client! Our free estimates will only take 15-30 minutes. We will take a look around and discuss your specific needs.
Please make sure items are picked up off the floor and surfaces are tidy. No need to clean before our arrival, we offer a judgment free service! But, more tidy areas allow us to give you greater quality service!
You are not required to be there during the cleaning service, but you are more then welcome to stay!
Cancellation Policies
We value your business and ask that you respect our business and time by giving at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
If cancelled within that 24 hour time frame, full charger of service will be applied.
After 2 cancellation/reschedules there will be a deposit charged required to book next spot.
Special Requests
We are extremely excited to create a cleaning service that is specific to your house and needs! If there are extra services you would like to add to your cleans, please notify us 24 hours prior, in order to ensure we can supply you with everything you need!
Specific add ons may be an additional charge.
