Scheduling Policies
Pre-Appointment Details
Free estimates can take 10–30 minutes and allow us to review your space and discuss your cleaning needs.
Please have floors and surfaces picked up prior to your scheduled cleaning. No need to clean beforehand.
You do not need to be home during the cleaning, but you’re welcome to stay
Cancellation Policies
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours may be subject to the full service charge.
After two cancellations or reschedules, a deposit will be required to book future services.
Special Requests
We’re happy to tailor your cleaning to your needs.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any add-on services.
Additional services may be subject to extra charges.
Payment Policies
Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise discussed.
We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods for your convenience.
A deposit may be required for certain services, including deep cleans, move-out cleans, and commercial jobs.
